Very bad expierence with this company. I ordered 30 march 2021 they shipped out on 6th april to Ireland and I still waiting for delivery. Customer service ask me to only wait. No refunds no sending other packages. Fedex shipping company is missed my order and its from the start was status delivery date can't be upadeted now is pending since 18th april and Womens best customer service not even replay on messages on WhatsApp. Ordered leggings extra size while i was pregnant now i don't even need them as they spouse to be delivered 3 weeks ago.
Finally got my package after 6 weeks. So disappointed that there is a product missing and they even put 0 qty on the invoice and have yet to refund me for it.

Ordered on May 18th 2021, still has not been shipped. Today is June 3rd 2021. Very disappointing. Customer service is not responding either.
So, I have placed many an order with Women’s Best. Became a Gold member within just a few months. I praised and always gave high recommendations for their products. I so wish they could fix this horrific customer service. I did NOT experience this in the beginning, but now....ugh!!! I placed two orders back to back, the first one ordered has NOT even been sent AND it’s been over 20 days....says I PAID but items are STILL in process. Second order placed came with incorrect items....this order has now been sorted out, however I’m afraid to place another order as it may NEVER come. I so LOVED this company, but now!????

delivery takes a long time even when express delivery is paid for, I find the sizing is differs with the legging bit over all good quality products
I have placed 2 previous orders with Women's Best and had a great experience. Items were shipped rather quickly and items arrived on time. So I felt confident ordering for the 3rd time and NOW I get what all the complaints are about. They shipped my items, or so I thought, but when I received my package it was a small white bag. Strange because I ordered a bottle of BCAA, Amino/Energy and an XL Shaker, I thought a box was coming. So I go to open it and it's just my pants. So I was like okay maybe it'll come in a few days, it must've shipped at a different date. Nope! The invoice in the package says ALL items should've been in the package, which they weren't, I mean how would that all fit in a bag. So contacted them on What's App Day 1...nothing. Day 2- They wanted a picture of the invoice and items sent- Cool but I was at work so I couldn't send until later. Sent pictures. Day 3- They messaged " Did you receive your parcel?"-UH NO! Reason I'm contacting you. Day 4- "Could you describe how the parcel look?" WHY! But I replied. I'll let you know if there is any other update for Day 5 but at this point I think I'm going to discontinue service with them. Shame because I really love their products.
There return/exchange policy isn't the most affected. Trying to get in touch with someone from customer care by messager or whatsapp isn't the best method. Each time someone replies to me it's a day later and i always reply right back with in a minute or less. I understand they are busy, but the lack of communication of customer care isn't the best. I don't believe that should be the only option they have to get In touch with someone. I also still haven't had my issue resolved and the commutation in getting it resulted is still lacking (no replies). I do also believe they should have a exchange policy for the same item, but a different size. It would make things a lot easier on the customer. The clothing items are nice, but i am not impressed or big on the customer care and so far I am not pleased. I am hoping I am wrong and won't have this problem going forward, but if I do this will be the last time I order from women's best if I keep having these issues. If you really care about your customers feedback you would look into this to make changes and make them fast.
